Welcome to Holiday Bliss. By accessing or using our website at holiday-bliss.com (the “Site”) and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Site and the purchase of products. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Products and Pricing
All products, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information and pricing, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of products offered and to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States and internationally where available. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Holiday Bliss is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an even exchange or merchandise credit (customer responsible for return shipping). After December 15th, returns are not accepted. Items sold at 40% off or more during clearance events are final sale. Unopened artificial trees may be exchanged subject to a 15% restocking fee. 6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Holiday Bliss or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
