Policy

We know you are going to love your purchase!  But, should you change your mind, simply return it to us within 14 days of the transaction date for an even exchange or merchandise credit (customer responsible for return shipping).  After December 15th, returns are not accepted and all sales are final with merchandise sold as-is.  During our “Christmas In July” clearance event or anytime an item is sold at 40% off or more, all sales are final and product sold as-is.  No exchanges or returns will be accepted.

If for some reason an item arrives damaged during shipping, you may return it using the following return process:

Please email our team at info@holiday-bliss.com, including “Return Claim” in the subject line.  Photos are required to substantiate damage claims.  Claims must be submitted and received by Holiday Bliss, LLC within two weeks from receipt of shipment.  Upon receipt, Holiday Bliss, LLC will review the claim for approval.  Returns due to shipping damage will be replaced or refunded.  When filing a return, please include your name, phone number, order number, quantity, and photo of the damage or defect.
